Since 2003, Robert Hugh Farley of Farley International have partnered with The National Catholic Risk Retention Group’s VIRTUS child protection program for Catholic archdioceses, dioceses and religious organizations in the United States. Under the auspices of the VIRTUS program, Robert has worked as a consultant, child abuse expert and author. He has also conducted numerous child abuse prevention seminars for the laity and the religious in archdioceses and dioceses throughout the United States. In addition, Robert Hugh Farley is featured on several VIRTUS child protection videos as a child abuse expert. The videos, both in English and Spanish, have been viewed by millions of Catholics around the world.

In all matters of litigation, early evaluation of a case’s strengths and weaknesses can make an essential difference in the strategy a counsel deploys to achieve resolution. From discovery to verdict, Farley International has provided litigation assistance and expert witness testimony for the U.S. Attorney Office, local prosecutors and private attorneys in both the federal and state courts.

After ten years of federal litigation, Robert Hugh Farley helped bring the case to a successful conclusion.

Farley International will also provide valuable help assisting family courts with abuse and neglect complaints, sexual abuse threat assessment, visitation issues, child representation and determining what is in the "best interests" of the child. As a result of his extensive work in this field, Robert Hugh Farley has conducted training seminars for the Cook County Illinois Circuit Court Domestic Relations Division, the State Supreme Court of Ohio Judicial College, the Illinois Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
